I decided to create my Real Estate Blog because I wanted to reach more people and provide more assistance to them in all areas of real estate.  Many people see REALTORS as primarily self-serving sales types.  We do a lot of work in the community and try to find ways to give back to the community when we can.

There are a lot of homeowners that are finding it difficult to sell their homes in a tough market.  These homeowners are from all over the United States.  My blog will provide valuable and meaningful information to assist in many areas.  Most of the people who read my blog will never talk to me as they live in other areas where I do not even work.

I have been working in real estate for many years but have a background in Human Behavioral Theory.  This allows me some insights into real estate that the typical person might not have.   In my most recent real estate blog, I explore the psychology behind appealing to Buyers when they visit someone’s home.

My blog will explore residential real estate, commercial real estate, sales concepts, and occasionally a comment about current events in our society.  I hope you will enjoy my blog and visit frequently.
